Chez has been in the sales / recruitment industry for over 10 years, 5 of which has been spent here at Aspire Rec2Rec. He has a professional sporting background where he spent a number of years at Watford FC, before making the move into recruitment alongside playing non-league football with the likes of Borehamwood, Braintree and Chelmsford. Nowadays at the weekends, you will most likely find him on the golf course or out riding his road bike!
