Established since 1999 our client is a successful privately owned company covering Technical, Facilities Management, Property Management, Executive, Support Services, Construction & Trades and Energy recruitment.  Their recruitment teams have years of experience within their sectors and this has helped their name become a recognised brand within the industry today.  The posts they recruit for range from cleaners, semi-skilled maintenance staff through to specialist M&E building services engineers, project managers, facilities and contract managers, help desk staff and even board level Directors.  Being privately owned means they have more control over how the company operates, so can often change or bespoke their services to each client/candidate with ease.

THE ROLE:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, demanding and diverse environment where you will be supported by a well established and successful team focussing on Facilities Management recruitment.

You’ll be a specialist in finding the very best candidates in the sectors they work in. As a 180° recruiter you’ll be responsible for finding and selecting the best talent and building long lasting relationships with them as you help them build their career.  You will deliver quality candidates to the client.  You will be required to meet and register new candidates, continue to speak to existing candidates and continually develop your overall network.

THE CANDIDATE:

  • Proven and successful placement/recruitment experience is desirable.
  • Proven experience within a Sales environment e.g. telesales is essential
  • Good communication both written and spoken
  • Ability to work towards a sales pipeline
  • Persistent, tenacious and collaborative
  • Committed, hardworking and self-driven
  • Will enjoy working amongst high performing, like-minded people
