Our client, a leading recruitment business, is seeking experienced and ambitious recruiters to join their team and focus on the construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to specialise in construction recruitment and build a strong career within a dynamic and growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, engage, and place top recruitment talent across various industries, including construction and office-based roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and client organisations.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent and contract positions.
- Develop your own client portfolio and identify new business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market movements, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- Previous recruitment experience is preferred, but ambitious trainees are welcome.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the drive to meet targets and KPIs.
- Organised, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Confident using recruitment tools and CRM systems.
