The Role

• Recruit software engineers and tech professionals across a defined market
• Build long-term relationships with developers and hiring managers
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, client management

About You

• 1–5+ years’ experience in recruitment (tech preferred, but not essential)
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Interested in modern recruitment rather than traditional sales-led models
