My Client, who specialise in Industrial & Commercial Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant/Team Leader to join their team. You will already have at least 2 years’ experience working within recruitment with the desire to lead a team of consultants and continue to grow the company.

THE ROLE:

Manage the existing team and help with growth
Put together a strategy to identify new business and grow existing accounts
Lead from the front in terms of BD and billings
Work closely with the perm team to maximise all opportunities
Work closely with the Directors

THE CANDIDATE:

Experienced recruiter – ideally with knowledge of the Industrial/Commercial market
Leadership experience – they very much need recruiters who can build a team and can manage new staff
Nice person – someone who will fit into their young, friendly business!
