My Client, who specialise in Industrial & Commercial Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant/Team Leader to join their team. You will already have at least 2 years’ experience working within recruitment with the desire to lead a team of consultants and continue to grow the company.
- Manage the existing team and help with growth
- Put together a strategy to identify new business and grow existing accounts
- Lead from the front in terms of BD and billings
- Work closely with the perm team to maximise all opportunities
- Work closely with the Directors
- Experienced recruiter – ideally with knowledge of the Industrial/Commercial market
- Leadership experience – they very much need recruiters who can build a team and can manage new staff
- Nice person – someone who will fit into their young, friendly business!
