Established in 2009 our client is a family-owned business specialising in the supply of high quality labour and trades, site management staff, construction logistics and subcontract packages to the construction industry.
They are highly regarded, working with many blue chip contractors on various flagship projects across London and the UK.
Due to a period of expansion and success a position has arisen for a Senior Recruitment Consultant/Labour Manager. Reporting directly to the board and potential to grow with the business and develop into Branch Manager/Director level.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and servicing local business from existing National Frameworks and PSL’s
- Win and maintain new business
- Grow a successful team
- Excellent service provision
- Utilising the Clients marketing team to build a brand in the area renowned for quality and exceptional service
- Will be required to have at least three years’ experience within construction trades and labour recruitment.
- Will be a driven, self-starter with passion to succeed
- Will be well informed about the industry in the local area, projects and the contractors delivering them.
- Will have the ambition and desire to realise the earning potential for this role.
