Our client is a unique executive headhunting business, looking to double in size over the next year, delivering technology enthusiasts to Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Norway. Their vast network covers all positions within the software development cycle such as developers, designers, architects through to CTO’s.
They have an extremely strong presence within the Tech start-up market, partnering a significant amount of start-ups transforming them into well-established small, medium enterprises and large corporate organisations.

Working within this young, vibrant and buzzy organisation alongside the director of the business and senior consultants helping to find candidates across Sweden, Norway and Finland. You will be recruiting roles such as Android developers, Senior and Junior RoR developers and Android Wizards.
You will be happy to pick up the phone and learn the process of headhunting and Skype interviewing. You will be involved with regular client trips to the Nordics and aspire to become a fully fledged consultant within 12 – 18 months.
My client is looking for someone ideally with sales experience who wants to get into recruitment and learn the recruitment processes. Trainees will be considered.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Confidence in communicating with clients and candidates
- Good computer skills
- Excellent telephone manor and have the capability to use initiative and work under pressure
- Good organisational skills
