Energy and Utilites Team
Ideally looking for the most people at a Senior level for the Utilities & Energy team. The main skillset needed for this role is business development as the position has resulted from growth of the company. The ideal candidate does not need industry experience but must come from a white collar recruitment background such as Finance, IT, Sales, White Collar construction, Accountancy, HR, etc. This will enable you to be able to pick up on live roles, to work immediately, but give you time to learn the sector and start building out your own client base.
What makes this opportunity so amazing is that the company currently hovers around the 250-300 employee count and by 2026 they plan to double in size. This means the progression opportunity is incredibly vast whilst receiving some extraordinary training from incredibly experienced management already in place.
Requirements

- True sales person, evidence of winning business, generating new business
