A well established, successful, financially strong business that currently recruits in the driving, industrial and commercial sectors. The business has become a go to brand for clients and candidates in the local market, building up an extremely strong portfolio of key and PSL clients including most of the blue chip brands based in the area.  The business is now looking to pursue an exciting expansion strategy to double its’ size over the next 5 years, expanding in both new sectors and new branches.

They are looking for a talented, committed Manager to lead the business and form part of the leadership team that will take the business forward over the next few years.

THE ROLE:

  • Ensuring key customer expectations are met or exceeded in terms of fulfilment and candidate retention.
  • Managing key client relationships
  • Developing and implementing the new business sales strategies for the business.
  • Leading sales and marketing activities.
  • Building the sales pipeline and converting new key and SME clients.
  • Generating revenue growth from new clients in line with expectations.
  • Demonstrating entrepreneurial initiative in identifying and realising new sales opportunities.
