The Role
You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, working with clients across the technology space to deliver top-tier talent. You’ll have autonomy over your desk, strong support from leadership, and access to warm relationships as well as new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process within the technology market
- Building and developing long-term client relationships
- Sourcing, screening and placing experienced technology professionals
- Managing candidate pipelines and negotiations
- Consistently achieving and exceeding performance targets
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Technology Recruiter (agency background preferred)
- Strong billing track record
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, driven and commercially minded
- Desire to grow and earn without limits
