SALARY: Basic salary £18,000 – £40,000 + High OTE + Many Benefits + Flexible Working Conditions
Our client has been established for 25 years and is a dynamic and vibrant, young company, leading our industry in the recruitment of sales, technical, marketing and leadership professionals into FTSE-listed and Private Sector organisations, within two specialist areas; Building Technologies and Logistics.
Skills and attributes required:
· At least one years’ experience in a sales and office environment
· Strong communicator and able to do ‘small-talk’ as well as business
· Organised, able to use social media and technology-based software
· Energetic, driven, team-player, attention to detail, competitive and always wanting to improve
· Hungry for success and a driven salesperson who can listen, as well as talk
· Patience to learn, able to see the ‘bigger picture’ and a genuine interest in people and business
What you will be doing:
- Recruiting permanent candidates on salaries between £25,000-£60,000
- Working with candidates to find them great opportunities both reactively and proactively
- Managing client accounts and winning new ones, leveraging on our brand reputation
- Working with our team to create multi-vacancy project strategy and delivery plans
- Growing our existing markets and starting new areas, if you really want to impress
- Face-to-face interviewing, lots of discussions on the phone and also over email
