We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join an Education Recruitment Agency in Stevenage. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in connecting educational institutions with qualified teaching professionals. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building relationships with schools and teachers, and contributing to the overall success of our education recruitment services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Candidate Sourcing and Placement:
  1. Identify and attract qualified teaching professionals for various educational roles.
  2. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure their suitability for positions.
  3. Manage the placement process, from initial contact to successful onboarding.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions.
  2. Understand client requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  3. Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  1. Business Development:
  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the education sector.
  2. Attend industry events, network with educational professionals, and promote our recruitment services.
  3. Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract clients and candidates.
  1. Compliance and Documentation:
  1. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies in the education and recruitment sectors.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions.
  3. Provide guidance to candidates regarding required documentation and compliance procedures.
  1. Market Research:
  1. Stay informed about trends, changes, and challenges in the education sector.
  2. Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for growth.
