The life of a Recruitment Consultant can be described as a rollercoaster and no two days are ever the same!
Half of the role is to gain new business and vacancies by networking, sales calls, promotional emails and generally knowing every bit of gossip about new openings and opportunities in the area and getting to know who to speak to about them.
Once this task is out of the way, you will source suitable candidates for those roles. With their ex-industry Consultants, network of branch offices and nationwide database of jobseekers, their own websites, various industry web based media and some good wording, you will be surprised what you can do!
Once you have filtered through applications and sourced the best possible matches to your Client’s needs, chased references, arranged interviews, followed up feedback, offered outstanding customer service and finally negotiated a job offer…then comes the party, the celebration, the triumph…you are a LEGEND!

- Minimum one years’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant
