SALARY: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 BASIC per year (£35,000.00 – 45,000.00 OTE YEAR 1) + COMMISSION + BENEFITS

Our clients are a leading Nursing and Healthcare recruitment consultancy in the UK, providing high-quality Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and Support Staff to clients for both short and long-term assignments. Their Hertford office has an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our well-established team.

The role:

• Develop new business with private care clients in Hertford and surrounding areas
• Generate leads and build relationships with a variety of clients
• Advertise positions, interview candidates and place them in suitable roles
• Arrange interviews and ensure excellent customer service
• Benefit from financial incentives, including an uncapped commission scheme
