We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join an Education Recruitment Agency in Stevenage. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in connecting educational institutions with qualified teaching professionals. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building relationships with schools and teachers, and contributing to the overall success of our education recruitment services.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing and Placement:
- Identify and attract qualified teaching professionals for various educational roles.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure their suitability for positions.
- Manage the placement process, from initial contact to successful onboarding.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the education sector.
- Attend industry events, network with educational professionals, and promote our recruitment services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract clients and candidates.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies in the education and recruitment sectors.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions.
- Provide guidance to candidates regarding required documentation and compliance procedures.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about trends, changes, and challenges in the education sector.
- Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for growth.
