Maintaining and developing relationships with clients and candidates through regular telephone and face to face interaction
Listen to client requirements, gain an understanding of their business before providing insight into the market and advising them on the best process for their specific needs
Thoroughly interviewing candidates in order to properly assess suitability (both culturally and technically) for specific opportunities.
Proactively seek to gain knowledge and understanding of your specialist market by talking to candidates, reading industry articles, news and related thought leadership
Staying abreast of the latest trends and developments in your specialist area
Continue to strengthen and maintain company database in order to grow your desk
Develop new business through specific targeted marketing and high quality business development calls.
Attend relevant industry networking events
Engage with your marketplace through online marketing on social media outlets
They are looking for a motivated self-starter who is naturally inquisitive and willing to go the extra mile for candidates and clients alike.
Previous experience of working in “360” recruitment role or a resourcing role within financial services recruitment.
Excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of individuals at all levels of seniority.
Ideally educated to degree level with a strong desire to learn and develop their career within recruitment.
