An extremely well established IT recruitment firm, working with some of the world’s leading IT companies and continuing to build long-term, lasting relationships with both candidates and clients. Their services can be as diverse as their clients require and vary depending on the nature & volume of recruitment needed.

THE ROLE:

The role will be to qualify vacancies and establish relationships with both existing and lapsed clients. You will be approaching the market using a variety of sources available to you in order to select the very best candidate for each vacancy.

Key tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Prospect for new sales opportunities in existing customer accounts and increase the revenue from those customers by qualifying and closing new and expansion business, up selling, and cross selling recruitment services
  • Work on your existing client base, to nurture client relationships
  • Meet and consult with clients to determine the best recruitment service for their specific requirements
  • Utilising various resources (job boards/LinkedIn/RDB CRM database/candidate referrals) in order to find people that could be suitable for vacancies
  • Selecting and subsequently interviewing candidates (phone and face to face) to assess their suitability for each role and forming a ‘long-list’ on their CRM system
  • Presenting relevant CVs to the hiring managers’ and getting feedback for each CV
  • Handling offers of employment
  • Passing feedback to candidates and clients after interviews
  • Keeping in touch with candidates in order to obtain useful market information that can be used by the business development team
  • Develop a sustainable on-going pipeline of candidate interviews and placements
  • Develop a sustainable on-going account base producing qualified vacancies
  • Achieve a monthly GP target
  • Negotiation of all offers and Terms with client
  • Ensuring the accurate maintenance of all records on internal CRM system

THE CANDIDATE:

  • Previous B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Natural rapport builder with high influencing skills
  • Able to present companies and job opportunities succinctly
  • Experienced at working to sales targets
  • Confident at meeting people in a face-to-face environment on site and off site
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent listening skills with the ability to uncover and negate reservations
  • Self-motivated with excellent attention to details with the ability to manage own time and document work accordingly
  • Closing and qualifying skills
