You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle:
- Achieving targets
- Business to Business sales
- New business development
- Revenue generation
- Account management
- 1 + years recruitment experience (ideally perms)
- Proven track record of billings & stability
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Effectiveness in sourcing candidates
- Ambitious, hardworking & self-motivated individuals
- Ability to manage, nurture and build long term relationships
