We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Recruitment Manager, overseeing all aspects of our recruitment operations and managing a team of 5 senior Sales Managers. Experience in temporary and permanent markets is essential and someone who is experienced and keen in driving the business forward by winning new business and sustaining relationships. The ideal personality would be someone who has aspirations to become MD in 3 years. Drive and desire is key in this post.
