THE ROLE:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Recruitment Manager, overseeing all aspects of our recruitment operations and managing a team of 5 senior Sales Managers. Experience in temporary and permanent markets is essential and someone who is experienced and keen in driving the business forward by winning new business and sustaining relationships. The ideal personality would be someone who has aspirations to become MD in 3 years. Drive and desire is key in this post. They are looking at someone who could feed the team to become bigger and better.

THE CANDIDATE:
This role would suit someone who has experience as a manager within the temporary and permanent markets. We’re looking for someone who can set their own direction and create strong relationships. You will be targeted on developing new business whilst growing and managing a team underneath you. You will need to have experience of owning and delivering operational processes and will take the lead in many exciting projects.
