Our client is currently looking to recruit a hands-on Recruitment Manager to set up a new Industrial division. As well as managing, leading the team and developing the strategy for this division, your role will also entail typical recruitment consultant activities – new business calling, advertising positions, interviewing candidates, placing candidates against opportunities, arranging interviews, contract negotiation and ongoing customer service.

This role would suit someone who has previously worked within the industrial recruitment market as a manager and is happy to bill or a senior recruitment consultant who is happy to bill and develop their management skills. You will be targeted on developing new business whilst growing and managing a small team underneath you.
- Will have a 2 years solid background in industrial recruitment.
- Will be a highly motivated individual, self-starter and be able to deal with a sometimes pressured environment.
- Will be well informed about the industrial business in the local area, contracts and competitors.
- Have a reputation for building effective relationships.
