Due to continued expansion and demand our client has a vacancy for an in-house recruiter to help plan and execute an internal recruitment strategy. The ideal candidate will source and screen their own candidates helping to ensure the longevity of the workforce. You’ll be liaising with a whole range of people, getting as much information as possible to make the perfect match.
- Will preferably have 12 months recruitment experience within Sales or 2 years experience if within another sector.
- Will be confident in communicating with Clients and Candidates, face-to-face, over the phone and in writing
- Will be target driven and able to work under pressure
