Circa £25,000 p/a + commission
Our client is a leader in the Medical field and are the go to agency of choice for their clients across the UK. Providing quality and experienced staff to their clients both on framework and private. They are looking to expand moving into the New Year.
THE ROLE:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter to work within our client’s fast paced medical division making placements within the NHS and other healthcare operators.
You will provide Account Management, support and excellent customer service to clients and candidates across an allocated and developing portfolio.
You will be responsible for:
- Maintaining/servicing, developing and growing a portfolio of clients
- Filling shift requests with suitably skilled and experienced staff
- Being the main point of contact for a large pool of candidates
- Building an excellent working relationship with every candidate
- Obtaining their weekly availability, understanding and getting to know their skills and areas of speciality in order to place them in suitable environments whilst offering your continued support
- Recruiting staff through headhunting, generating candidate leads and referrals
- Assisting with compliance administration
- Ensuring daily KPI’s are met
THE CANDIDATE:
- Previous experience in medical/healthcare recruitment (Min 1 year)
- Good telephone manner
- Good written skills
- Compliance follow ups
- Contacting hospitals
- Creating staff profiles
- Computer literate – Knowledge of common recruitment software used
- Must have good Excel and Word skills
- Experience of working within Complex care packages
- Knowledge of national frame work and community care packages
- Good telephone manner
- Accurate and conscientious with keen attention to detail
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Integrity and accountability/ good time keeping
