Aaron has partnered with a leading recruitment agency based in London that’s looking to grow their specialist team with an experienced Recruitment Consultant in insurance change and transformation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing agency with a strong reputation in the insurance change & transformation space. You’ll be joining a supportive, collaborative team environment with hybrid working (2–3 days in the office) and a client base that values real expertise.

What they are looking for:
Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within insurance, change, or transformation
Deep knowledge of the London market
A consultative approach to client and candidate relationships
Drive, accountability, and a passion for building networks

What can they offer?
Basic salary up to £60,000 pa
Commission up to 40%

Quarterly and annual incentive trips
