• Source, engage, and place candidates with relevant industry experience.

• Hit and exceed KPIs and recruitment targets consistently.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand your client portfolio within your specialism.

Requirements:

• Proven experience recruiting in construction, rail, civils, or M&E sectors.
• Ambitious, target-driven, and self-motivated.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Organised, with the ability to manage multiple roles and clients simultaneously.
• Confident using recruitment tools, CRMs, and social media for sourcing.
