With specialist teams, they provide contract, permanent and head hunting services.
My client has huge growth plans this year for this team. This is a very stable and cash rich business and being part of a group which has been operating for the last 30 years means that the business is in very good hands.
They are looking for someone ideally with 18 months plus experience who has knowledge and experience within either Oil or Gas or Offshore sectors. This is a very niche role, but the rewards can be very lucrative.
The successful candidate will have previous energy recruitment experience and will want to excel within this industry. You will be an outgoing individual with excellent communication skills, target driven and be confident in meeting your KPI’s.
You will be a good negotiator and confidence will come naturally to you.
You will use previous sales experience to attract new clients to the business as well as retaining and building on existing relationships.
