THE SALARY £35,000-£40,000 PER YEAR

THE CLIENT:

Our client is one of the largest independent recruitment agencies and are experts in several specialist recruitment areas. They proudly boast specialist teams in offices across the UK, providing both permanent and temporary recruitment services.

THE ROLE:

• Develop the school and teacher base.
• Proactively call new schools to generate new business.
• Build long-lasting partnerships with schools and organisations.
• Recruit and interview teachers, fostering strong relationships.
• Complete and maintain day-to-day bookings.
• Canvas and place long-term and permanent vacancies.
• Negotiate fees.
• Exceed targets.
• Undertake effective client visits.

THE CANDIDATE:

• Ideally have proven recruitment experience within the education industry.
• Are serious about becoming a successful Consultant with a passion for achievement.
• Are highly motivated and can work in a sometimes pressured environment.
• Are flexible and able to work both individually and as part of a team.
• Are self-confident, resilient, and proactive.
• Are organised multi-taskers.
• Are outgoing, dedicated, and committed to success.
