My client is a start-up Education recruitment company based in Cheltenham. They are a dynamic and fast growing business which launched in 2014. They have a team of 25 employees based in fantastic offices in Central Cheltenham.
They specialise in recruiting for Teaching and Non-teaching posts for Primary and Secondary Schools across Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire. They have excellent relationships with schools and strategic relationships with Multi Academy Trusts at Board Level.
They are recruitment specialists who work in partnership with both their Schools and Teachers and they pride themselves on their Client and Candidate satisfaction.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment / Senior Recruitment Consultant based in Cheltenham.

Will ideally have:
- 1 year + experience in Education Recruitment (other sectors considered)
- Passion, enthusiasm and commitment
- Good level of basic education
- Numeracy & literacy
- Ability to organise and prioritise own work load
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good telephone manner
- Good IT skills
- Self motivated and driven, ability to work without supervision
