My client offers a service led, consultative, recruitment model to Primary, Secondary and SEN schools in schools throughout London, the Home Counties, Essex, Birmingham and Manchester.
Job responsibilities include:
New business generation
Account management of existing client base
Meet required activity levels in order to run a profitable desk.
Client visits – new and existing clients.
Write and place advertisements to attract quality candidates
Select and pre-screen appropriate candidates before their interview
Coach candidates on interview skills
Spec CVs / Market candidates, Search / Shortlist CVs in line with job requests
Manage availability and skills of candidates to meet client needs.
Support the compliance process ensuring candidates meet the required standard
My client is currently seeking an experienced 360 degree Recruitment Consultant for their growing teaching recruitment agency. They are looking for someone who has a natural ability to build rapport with both the schools and teachers enabling support of their recruitment needs.
