Since 2001, my client has been one of the UK’s leading teaching agencies, placing teachers and support staff into a wide range of roles within schools.
They work very closely with experienced teachers and have great partnerships with a large network of highly reputable schools throughout the UK.
In recognition of their high standards they have been awarded the Quality Mark for the last 10 years running, proving that their service standards are exceptional. They offer more free and accredited CPD courses than any other UK agency, helping their staff to excel in what they do, and providing their schools with the assurance that they are providing them with the very best talent.
My client offers a service led, consultative, recruitment model to Primary, Secondary and SEN schools in schools throughout London, the Home Counties, Essex, Birmingham and Manchester. They are currently looking to recruit a hands-on Recruitment Manager to run their Education division.
As well as managing, leading the team and developing the strategy for this division, you will also be involved in typical recruitment consultant activities – new business calling, meeting schools, advertising positions, interviewing candidates, placing candidates against opportunities, arranging interviews, contract negotiation and ongoing customer service with both the school and the teacher.
If you’re looking to kick start your career as a Recruitment Manager they are a rapidly expanding, hugely successful business, with a great reputation and excellent working environment, and a strong reputation for providing recruitment services.
This role would suit someone who has previously worked within the education recruitment market as a manager and is happy to bill or a senior recruitment consultant who is happy to bill and develop their management skills. You will be targeted on developing new business whilst growing and managing the team underneath you.
- Will have a 2 years solid background in Education recruitment.
- Will be a highly motivated individual, self-starter and be able to deal with a sometimes pressured environment.
- Will be well informed about the education business in the local area, contracts and competitors.
- Have a reputation for building effective relationships.
