Overview:
We are representing one of the UK’s leading construction recruitment agencies as they expand into the Southern Ireland market. With an established presence in Belfast and a strong pipeline of white-collar construction roles across Ireland, they are now seeking an experienced recruitment professional to launch and lead their Dublin office.
This is a genuine leadership opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual to take ownership of the Dublin operation, leveraging an existing client base, live vacancies, and a high-performing team in Belfast and the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the launch and growth of the Dublin office.
- Manage and develop client relationships across the construction sector.
- Leverage existing client and candidate networks to drive revenue.
- Collaborate closely with the Belfast and UK teams to maximise cross-market success.
- Build and develop a high-performing team as the Dublin office grows.
- Ensure delivery against key billing targets and KPIs.
