Our client is currently looking to recruit a Chef Recruitment Consultant winning business and finding exceptional candidates to work with some of the leading restaurants, hotels and branded restaurants across London.  This is a 360 role which will entail typical recruitment consultant activities – new business calling, advertising positions, interviewing candidates, placing candidates against opportunities, arranging interviews, contract negotiation and ongoing customer service.  Focussing on quality not quantity and with financial targets that you will be expected to work towards but rewarded for with their industry leading commission structure.

The ideal candidate will have experience within Recruitment and the Hospitality sector.

  • Will have a 1 years solid background in Hospitality and Catering recruitment.
  • Will be a highly motivated individual, self-starter and be able to deal with a sometimes pressured environment.
  • Will be well informed about the Hospitality and Catering business in the local area, contracts and competitors.
  • Have a reputation for building effective relationships.
