Due to expansion, our client has an exciting opportunity within their new Milton Keynes office. They are currently seeking an experienced recruiter with a background in construction for their trades and labour division. This is an exciting role with plenty of room for succession. The ideal candidate will have a strong and tenacious personality and be able to thrive in a sales and recruitment environment. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle.
Basic will be up to £30,000 plus a car / car allowance and phone.
Most appealing is there is no threshold for the 1st year so commission is paid on everything billed.
REC training courses will be given.
You will have access to both Admin and Resource support.
You will be given hot leads and clients to work with.
You will be responsible for:
- Achieving targets
- Business to Business sales
- New business development
- Revenue generation
- Account management
The successful candidate will have a strong background in the construction recruitment sector. They will need to be ambitious, confident and determined to succeed, as well as comfortable with working to targets and deadlines, and great under pressure. A strong phone manner and the ability to liaise with people at all levels of an organisation is a must. It can be stressful working in a fast-paced industry. However, the rewards and financial incentives often compensate – if you do well, your hard work will be recognised.
Applicants must have a minimum of 1 Year experience in a similar or consultant role.
Must have driving licence.
