About the Role

We’re looking for an ambitious and driven AHP/HSS Recruiter to join a growing and successful recruitment team based in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter looking to take ownership of an established desk while benefiting from supportive leadership, clear career progression, and the chance to make a real impact within a thriving healthcare recruitment business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and developing an established AHP/HSS recruitment desk.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality healthcare professionals.
• Identifying new business opportunities and growing existing accounts.
• Managing the full recruitment process from initial vacancy through to placement.
• Delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous recruitment experience (healthcare recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential).
• A motivated, ambitious, and target-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies.
• A genuine passion for recruitment and delivering outstanding results.
