SALARY £28,000 -£35,000 BASIC PER YEAR

THE CLIENT:

They are committed to supplying international and local resources, utilising their specialised knowledge and understanding of regional and cultural requirements.

THE ROLE:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Understand client needs and requirements.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Actively search for and attract suitable candidates.
• Utilise various sourcing methods, including online platforms, networking, and referrals.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on client needs.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and clients.
• Negotiate offers and ensure successful placements.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the business.
• Attend industry events and network to build relationships.

THE CANDIDATE:

• Must have 360 recruitment experience (can be in any sector).
• Must be able to commute to London Liverpool Street every day.
