If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Branch Manager to join their thriving Team in their soon-opening Oxford branch. You will essentially start up a branch from scratch and steer their new contract in Oxford to growth.
Working with a large number of national and local contracts, they are looking for a Branch Manager who will be positive, self-motivated, proactive, committed, resilient, and a keen problem-solver. You will need minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Recruitment Branch Manager.
Your role will include:
- Overseeing all activities involved in office start-up
- Overseeing the day-to-day smooth running of the office
- Ensuring that all points of service delivery are implemented to high standards
- Managing a team of staff, ensuring that duties are completed and providing leadership
- Meeting and liaising with clients and candidates on a day to day basis to ensure relationships are maintained to a high standard.
