This role is ideal for recruiters looking to specialise in the Complex Care and Medical sector. You’ll focus on sourcing, screening, and managing candidates while working alongside an experienced team in a fast-paced and rewarding market.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates within the medical and complex care sector.
- Managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
- Conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability.
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
- Working closely with the sales team to fill vacancies efficiently.
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience from registration through to placement.

- Previous recruitment experience is essential.
