Important information regarding Coronavirus Covid-19

The spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) is having an unprecedented impact on all aspects of our lives at the moment. Our priority is to ensure that agency personnel, staff, patients and visitors remain safe during this difficult and challenging time. We are actively asking you to follow the best practice guidance, which is being updated daily by Public Health England (PHE).

If you have travelled to any of the locations listed below, or show signs of the following symptom’s listed at https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/ please let us know by emailing info@aspirerec2rec.co.uk

Stay at home for 7 days if you have either:

  • A high temperature
  • A new, continuous cough

Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital.

Use the NHS 111 online service if:

  • You feel you cannot cope with your symptoms at home
  • Your condition gets worse
  • Your symptoms do not get better after 7 days

​If you have returned from these specific areas since 19 February, you should advise your consultant and call NHS 111. Once you have done so, please stay indoors and avoid contact with other people even if you do not have symptoms while you await response from NHS 111:

  • Iran
  • Italy
  • ‘Special care zones’ in South Korea as designated by the Government of South Korea
  • China – Specifically – Hubei province (returned in the past 14 days)

If you have returned from these areas since 19 February and develop symptoms, however mild, you should stay indoors at home and avoid contact with other people immediately and call NHS 111. You do not need to follow this advice if you have no symptoms.

If you fall unwell, please follow the below:

  • For NHS advice: 111
  • For an ambulance, if they’re seriously ill or injured or your life is at risk: 999

You should tell the operator:

  • Their symptoms
  • Which country they’ve returned from in the last 14 days
